The hotel is situated in an ideal location near Paddington Station and close to popular attractions like Hyde Park and Oxford Street. The rooms, though functional, had a few issues such as non-working items and a shabby appearance. Service was mixed, with some pleasant interactions but also instances of dismissive behavior. The dining experience was subpar, with limited breakfast availability. The facilities were average overall.
The hotel's location is fantastic within walking distance of Hyde Park and central for sightseeing. The rooms were a bit sparse, but the excellent shower made up for it. The staff were very friendly, and the great location near transport was a plus. However, the dining options were of poor quality and too simple for my taste. The price was affordable during our Christmas trip in 2007, but the lack of dining choices was a drawback.
The hotel has a brilliant location between Paddington and Hyde Park, welcoming staff, and is great for sightseeing. The rooms had issues like mold and missing door handles but were ready at staggered times. Service was rude at times, and I had to request basic amenities. The dining options were good considering the overall price. The location is fantastic, close to Hyde Park and easily accessible to transport links.
